Twenty years ago, I began coaching, building on my counselling and massage therapy background. My passion isn’t just the training, it's the life experiences that showed me anyone can overcome challenges with determination and reclaim their power. I believe everyone has the key to their own healing. My empathetic, client-led approach lets you guide the process while I offer tailored tools. Using modalities such as massage, mindfulness, breathwork, visualisation, inner child work, energy healing, and mind rewiring, I provide a holistic path that nurtures body and mind. We may also work with meridian points to support energetic balance and emotional release.
